About Smart City AMBC MABC Trade Mission 2025
Since its establishment in 1986, the Malaysia Australia Business Council (MABC) has been the leading voice of Malaysian and Australian business. Supported by its co-patrons, the Malaysian Minister of International Trade and Industry and the Australian High Commissioner to Malaysia, the MABC plays a critical role in advancing bilateral trade and investment while providing a range of services to its members based both in Malaysia and Australia.
Smart Cities Trade Mission Outline
The program for the participants in conjunction with the SEA SC World Congress being organized by Malaysia through its nodal agency MDEC for the trade mission is as follows.

Day 0
AUS companies from various sectors/ sub-sectors participate in the 3-day endeavor.
Day 1
Attend SEA SC World Congress.
Day 1 Evening:
Networking evening with MABC members and invited stakeholders across Malaysian government & industry and other invitees.
Day 2
Curated B2B sessions between MY firms and AUS (visiting) firms, with curation undertaken by MABC.
Benefits
The program is envisaged to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in
September 2025 at the Smart City Expo Kuala, Lumpur with attendees
from both AUS and MY hailing from various sectors of the economy,
with particular emphasis on industries like property, construction,
design, architecture, technology, town planning et al.
